Children, 3 years old to 5th grade, attended our 2007 Vacation Bible School at the “Take the Plunge” water park and Make a Splash with Jesus!
A Family Pool Party was held on Fri. evening, June 29th, and our closing ceremony took place on Sunday, July 1st, at the 9:15 A.M. church service.
Our penguin mascot puppet, JP—Just Plunge, knows the coolest place to be this summer is in the Son! JP’s unique point of view delights everyone he meets.
At Lifespring Lagoon, our Park Crews explore Bible stories where Jesus uses the common element of water to teach some uncommon lessons. Kids will be challenged to plunge into obedience, worship, courage, faith, and service.
In every story, the children soak up the Son and hear stories filled with Jesus’ power and love. They soak up God’s Word as they travel to different sites: Oceans of Motion (games), the Snack Shack, Craft-Away Cove, and Bibleland Bay. They “Plunge Right In” at Raise the Reef Praises and “Make a Splash!” as they discover that God is “The Source.” You can see what fun they had.
