About Us
This is the place to answer the question, What is the Community Church at Ocean Pines and who are United Methodists? We are An Ecumenical (involving people from different kinds of Christian churches) and Inclusive (open to everyone, not limited to certain people) Fellowship of the United Methodist Church. We come together to Worship and continue Christ's work! When you come to Community Church you see a building with beautiful stained glass windows. That isn't the Church, that is the building wher we Worship. The Church is the people, the congregation if you will, they are "The Community Church at Ocean Pines". Maybe our Mission Statement will help, simply stated it is:
